How to Apply

For most of our programs you can register online, by phone or fax. For other programs you may be required to attend the college on a set day and time.

Steps to enrol:

• choose your program
• check the date, time and program details
• check if there are any entry requirements
• enrol and pay online

• download the Registration Form
• complete the form and return it to the Sydney Coffee Academy
  with your payment.
• Cheques and money orders should be made payable to
  TAFE NSW – Northern Sydney Institute

Note: Registration and payment are required to confirm your place and must be received before the program begins.

For some high demand programs, such as the Certificate II in Hospitality, you will need to enrol at Ryde College on a set day and time. Read more on how to enrol in these courses or contact 02 9448 6140 to discuss your options with a Customer Services Officer.

Entry Requirements

Course entry requirements will vary depending on the course you're applying for. If you are registering for a course that involves handling alcohol you must be 18 years or older to comply with the NSW Liquor Act.

Refunds and cancellations

• Cancellations notified in writing more than seven days before the program begins are eligible for full refunds
• Cancellations notified within seven days of the program will not receive a refund however; a substitute may attend in your place
• If a program is cancelled you are entitled to a full refund
  
  

Program commencement and confirmation

• Sydney Coffee Academy reserves the right to cancel a program if there are insufficient enrolments
• Where there is only one date for a program, additional programs may be offered if there is enough demand. You can register your interest in attending a program
  
  

General Information

• The program prices, dates and times are subject to change without notice, please check with the college offering the program.
• All fees must be paid before the program begins. If fees are not paid within seven days of the program starting, a 10% surcharge will be levied
