Description: Learn to cook, make perfect coffee and how to serve.
We'll give you the skills, confidence and grooming for an exciting career in the café industry. You will be introduced to the hospitality industry, taught how to cook and prepare different menu items, learn the tricks and intricacies of the espresso machine and develop valuable service skills.

These skills are learned and practised in an operating cafe environment.
