Qualification: Statement of Attainment
Description: This course teaches advanced practical skills and knowledge for using espresso machinery in a café. It is designed (and run) by barista specialists for baristas.

Participants will learn advanced extraction techniques, critical aspects in making coffee, also: coffee cupping, roasting, competition level latte art and how to produce espresso in a high volume service environment.

Pre-requisite – Participants must have basic coffee making skills with a commercial espresso machine. Ideally, they should be working or planning to work in the café or hospitality industry.
Duration: 1 day per week for 7 weeks
